Below is a list of blood tests that play a crucial role in helping to target and personalize infusion therapies for patients. These tests provide valuable insights that guide clinical decisions, ensuring that each patient receives the most effective and tailored therapeutic approach.

Note some health practitioners may not be comfortable requesting some or all of these tests and some of them may not attract a Medicare Rebate meaning you will be completely out of pocket for the cost of that test.

The following tests help optimise treatment outcomes and improving patient care:

• B12, Active B12 and Serum Folate 

• Biochemistry (Chem 20)

• Copper

• Cortisol 

• Full Blood Count (FBC)

• Iron Studies 

• Magnesium

• Selenium 

• Sulfur

• Thyroid Function Test (TFT) including TSH, T3 free & T4 free. Thyroid Peroxidase Ab & Thyroglobuln Ab

• Vit D & C

• Zinc

• MTHFR

• G6PD (only if wanting high doses of Vit C >20G)

• Females: LH, FSH, Oestradiol, DHEAS, Testosterone, SHBG, Prolactin
